Meditation

 


  Meditation, sometimes referred to as self-hypnosis, is a means of acquiring more control over your body, inner self, and spiritual being.  There are meditations available to assist people in accomplishing everything from regaining calm and focus, to seeking life guidance, to healing, to meeting spirit guides, to exploring past lives.

  Whatever your personal goals are, the use of meditation can be the key to unlock many of your potentials and to reaching your higher spiritual self. 

  When just beginning, guided meditations may be the most effective.  These can be done individually, with the use of a pre-recorded meditation; or as a group, led by an instructor or reader.  No matter the method you try, don't be disappointed if it takes several attempts before you feel comfortable or before you feel that you're achieving the state you're reaching for...it takes practice.  In the end, it will be well worth the patience you put toward your efforts.
